Here is some important information you need to know before you book.

  • Covid-19

    Temperature and symptom checks will be done at the door. Please wait at the door until this is completed.

    A mask covering your nose and mouth is required, a face shield is optional during services. Don’t have a shield? Don’t worry, we sell light weight, anti-fog shields for just $3.

    To book a makeup appointment a negative Covid-19 test result is required within 10-24 hours of your appointment. An at home test is acceptable. I recommend taking your test before you pay your deposit.

    If you feel unwell, my priority is your health and safety. Please take care of yourself, rest and don’t feel pressure to arrive sick, just to be sent home.

  • Health and Safety

    To maintain the highest quality in service and sanitation, I need to ensure that my clients nails are healthy before services. I ask that all clients send me a clear picture of your hands and feet before each service. This preview helps confirm that you do not have a medical condition(s), that can affect the quality or sanitation of services rendered or medical conditions that require a note from a doctor. During your phone consultation I will request the photo. Remember this is a no judgment zone! If there is a medical issue that requires a note from a doctor please bring it to your appointment.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling

    I completely understand, things happen! If you would like to reschedule and keep your deposit for a following appointment, you have a 24-hour window to pick a follow-up date. When rebooking within 24 hours, the date for the appointment must be set for no more than 2 weeks from your previous appointment to keep your deposit.

    If you need to cancel an appointment, I like to request 24 hours notice of a cancellation where possible, to readvertise the availability. Deposits are non-refundable. I encourage using our rescheduling option to make the most of your visit.

  • Running late?

    Please, call me if you’re running past your appointment time, every time.

    Each appointment has a grace period of 15 mins. If you think you will arrive later than the grace period and you haven’t called, I may need to reschedule your appointment.

To get the best experience, safely remove your current set of nails before your appointment. Why, you wonder, is this required? Great question! Not all shops use the same quality products.
