  • Infection Control Guidelines

    Symptom checks are a part of ever visit. Please wait at the door until this is completed.

    If you would like a mask we sell light weight, anti-fog shields for just $3. Please note, this is not a substitution for symptoms. If you feel unwell, my priority is your health and safety. Please take care of yourself, rest and don’t feel pressure to arrive sick.

    We love our clients and their families; however, we have no guest policy to maintain infection control. Your exposure is reduced to clients who have cleared health and safety guidelines for services. We appreciate your assistance and understanding as we enforce this policy.

  • Health and Safety

    To maintain the highest quality in service and sanitation, I need to ensure that my clients nails are healthy before services. I ask that all new clients send me a clear picture of your hands and feet before service.

    This preview helps confirm that you do not have a medical condition(s), that can affect the quality or sanitation of services rendered or medical conditions that require a note from a doctor.

    If there is a medical issue that requires a note from a doctor please bring it to your appointment. If you're unsure if your condition might affect your services, contact me before you pay your retainer fee, because it is nonrefundable.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling

    I completely understand, things happen! If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please do so before your scheduled appointment time. If you miss the deadline, you will no longer be able to reschedule your appointment. T.Lewis Beauty Co. cannot recover the appointment or save retainer fees for another appointment if you miss this deadline.

    If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please remember that retainer fees are non-refundable. To save your retainer fee we recommend using the rescheduling option.

    If you would like to transfer the appointment, the medical information must be changed to reflect the client receiving services. Incorrect medical information can result in a denial of services.

  • Running late?

    T. Lewis Beauty co is a personal nail service operated by 1 provider, so time is important. We love servicing our clients on time! Please, call me if you’re running past your appointment time, every time.

    Each appointment has a grace period of 15 mins. If you think you will arrive later than the grace period, your appointment may be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure that everyone is serviced on time.

  • Arrival times

    If you arrive 20min or more before your scheduled time, please send a text from your vehicle that you have arrived. Once the service area is available you will be notified. Thank you for your patience.

To get the best experience, safely remove your current set of nails before your appointment. Why, you wonder, is this required? Great question! Not all shops use the same quality products.
